Reylenn Construction Company was selected by Sudberry Properties to build The Hub at Scripps Ranch, a mixed-use redevelopment project located in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego.

The 9.52 acre site includes 260 luxury apartments, a community club house, extensive amenity package, and retail space.
