Reylenn Construction was selected by Sudberry Properties to build The Purl, the first mixed-use project within the 235-acre award-winning masterplanned community of Civita, located in the heart of San Diego's Mission Valley neighborhood.

This project includes two buildings incorporating Type-V and Type 3-A construction over podium parking structures. Building A consists of 225 luxury apartment units, a leasing office, clubhouse, pool, and related amenities. Building B consists of a mixed use building with 179 units with separate amenities and retail shell space.

In total, the development consists of 434 luxury apartments and approximately 17,000-square feet of ground floor retail space. Set in a boutique hotel style setting, apartments range from studio to 3 bedroom plans and incorporate active lifestyle amenities including two swimming pools and spas, and an outdoor theatre and terrace.

The retail component at The Purl is positioned to serve the residents by providing daily needs and entertainment options all within walking distance. The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2021.
