Reylenn Construction Company was contracted by HomeFed to build The Village of Escaya, a three-story, garden "Type V" retail mixed use project.

This project included 272 residential units, a full resort-style amenity package, and 30,0000 square feet of retail.

Located approximately 15 miles southeast of downtown San Diego in a rapidly growing suburban area near regional shopping, entertainment, outdoor recreation, and employments centers, The Village of Escaya has been designed as a traditional walkable village. The heart of The Village is a lively 30,000-square-foot town center, a generously amenitized park, elementary school and resort-style swim club for residents.
